Return Policy

Fine Art Prints & Products

General Terms

All prints are made to order. As such, I am unable to offer refunds, and all sales are final given the time and investment required to produce each print. Please find additional information related to defects, production flaws, and shipping damage below.

The terms outlined here are only for prints and other physical products purchased through Michael Rung Photography. For information on workshop payments, cancellations, or rescheduling, please see my Workshop Terms and Conditions.

Defects or Other Production Flaws

If your order arrives with a printing defect or other blemish, I will be happy to provide a replacement at no added cost to you.

Every Artist Series print is personally produced by me in my studio and is closely inspected to ensure it meets the high-quality I demand of my work, and to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your fine art purchase. Ready-to-Hang canvas and acrylic prints are produced and shipped directly to you by the print lab.

 

If you have any concerns with the quality of your print(s), please carefully document the issue(s) by taking detailed photos and sending them to me at contact@michaelrungphotography.com no later than 3 days after delivery. In some cases, you may also be asked to provide proof that the defective print has been destroyed before a replacement will be sent.

Shipping Damage

​If a print arrives damaged, it is imperative that you photograph the external box/crate in detail before opening it, as well as the damage to the print itself. The photos must then be sent to me at contact@michaelrungphotography.com no later than 3 days after delivery. Upon reviewing the photos of the damage, I will make a decision as to whether replacement is warranted. If replacement is needed, I will immediately begin the process of reprinting (Artist Series prints)​ or requesting replacement by the external print lab (Ready-to-Hang prints).
