Oregon Gallery

I explored Oregon back in May 2021, after two very long days of driving across the country from north Texas, following my good friend Jon Fischer once again. Aside from my time spent in Ireland, I was not used to photographing in locations as green and lush as the Columbia River Gorge: although I was happy with the compositions I photographed, I struggled to process the files (I suffered from a similar hurdle on many of my photos from Ireland, as well).

It's taken me a while to finish new work from this trip but, thankfully, I'm finally happy with the results.

Of course, we didn't just spend our time in the gorge, either. From the incredibly fascinating Painted Hills to the amazing coastline hotspots of Bandon Beach and Thor's Well, we spent a whirlwind week seeking out the incredibly varied beauty Oregon has to offer.
